Refund and Returns Policy

At SatisHealth, we take pride in providing high-quality products and accurate order fulfillment. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy, as we maintain a strict policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns Eligibility

Products are not eligible for return unless we have made an error with your order, such as:

  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

Please note: Items are otherwise considered final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@satishealth.co.za with your order number, and any relevant photos.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if there has been an error with your order (incorrect items shipped). Our refund process is as follows:

  • Approval and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if we shipped an incorrect item. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at orders@satishealth.co.za. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel it, in which case our returns process will apply.
